About the Job
This role renders sales and administrative support ensuring the effective and compliant processing and administration of new and existing business submitted from Advisers via relevant processes; systems and procedures. The OSC undertakes the following key areas of responsibility:
  • New Business capturing for Submissions report and 51 Club on Indigo
  • Updating Special Indigo activities for campaigns for instance
  • Existing Business capturing on Indigo for record purposes & follow up
  • Audits and reporting as well as trend reporting and gathering of information
  • Ad hoc duties (these may not be applicable for all OSC’s in all offices. It will depend on the size and resource allocation at the office)

KRA's
  • New Business Processing
  • Policy Servicing (Existing Business)
  • Ad hoc support and on-boarding to Advisors
  • Audits and reports
  • Ad-hoc duties:
  • Manning the switchboard and the reception area:
  • Access Control/key register:
  • OHASA/SHE: (where applicable)
  • Building maintenance
  • IT and telephone lines
  • Ad hoc duties

Job Requirements
  • Experience within an administrative environment. Preferably within a financial services context.
  • PC literate (MS: Office)
  • Grade 12
