About the role
We have an opportunity available for a Finance Administrator in the PwC Nelspruit office.
Essential skills and experience
Minimum 3 years working experience in creditors and administration
Degree or Diploma in Accounting
Desirable skills or attributes
Well developed written and verbal skills
Presentation skills will be beneficial
Should be confident in the communication of information
Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
The skills we look for in future employees
Daily preparation of requisitions for invoice payments (monthly lease payments, creditor's payments and all other invoices that need to be paid) for Nelspruit and Witbank
Capturing all invoices and maintaining an updated invoice register
Proof of payments (printing of all proof of payments for paid invoices)
Filing of payment requisitions
Issuing monthly statements to clients
Debtors collection and ensuring that debts are paid in a timely manner
Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email and letter within agreed timelines
Fleet car management (bookings, claims, incident reports
Monthly fleet car Journal and General Ledger
Undertake accounts reconciliations as required
Update supplier master file with the correct information
Uploading BEE certificates
Assist with petty cash
