Administrative Officer 2 - Cape Town


  • Matric
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience within a
facilities/property management environment of which 2 years

should be at supervisory level.

  • Computer literacy (MS Office software)
  • Working knowledge of SAP AM, PM, MM and BI
  • A valid Code EB driver’s licence
  • Must be prepared to transfer between facilities and areas.
Key Performance Areas

  • Assist the SPO FM Services with - The management of: all tenant
related services; contracted services, tenders and SLA’s;

and immovable and moveable assets Stakeholder relationship

management and customer liaison Execution of EMP Financial

control and cost recoveries •Supervise staff, contractors and assets.

  • Develop work schedules in accordance with task requirements and
key performance areas

  • Ensure compliance with the Asset Management policy, the
Municipal Finance Management Act and related corporate policies

and procedures.
