About the role

We have a 3 months Fixed Term Contract position available for an Admin Assistant who will be required to support staff and Partners on daily functions.

Essential skills and experience

Minimum 2 years working experience as an Admin Assistant

Required qualifications


Desirable skills or attributes

Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Professional telephone skills and well-organized
Computer skills - MS Office
Good technical, interpersonal and communication skills (including excellent written and verbal communication skills)
Able to work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem solving
Organised and efficient
Friendly and pleasant disposition
Willingness to assist any staff members / client and go the extra mile in living the PwC experience.


To provide support to the office in terms of office administration and ad-hoc receptionist duties.
Office Administration:
  • Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to:-
    • Photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, shredding, filing and running errands to the post office
    • Preparing business correspondence, typically using MS Office
Reception Area:
  • Receiving, registering visitors and maintaining the function of the office by rendering a supportive service to partners and staff
  • Answering the phone and transferring clients to requested extensions, taking messages and distributing them to the correct individuals
  • Receiving and distributing of incoming and outgoing mails
  • Keeping record of hand delivered mails and outgoing mails
