About the Job
This role renders sales and administrative support ensuring the effective and compliant processing.
The RGM PA is responsible for daily/weekly and monthly management of the RGM diary
The RGM PA is responsible for scheduling all appointment and teleconference within due dates and ensuring that all participants are set up for these meetings and telecons.
All S&T payments as well as any Liability payments must be processed through the RGM PA with the necessary sign off and approvers.

The S&T payments must be controlled by the RGM PA.
The RGM PA must ensure that the Region P-Card must be audited per month and sent to the MRSA including own P-Card Usage.
All bookings for the RGM and ROM must be done in accordance with governances and approval; All Motivational accounts payments must be done by RGM PA and to have access to these accounts.
All Functions as requested by RGM and ROM must be arranged as requested for various reasons. The Top 25 Function must be arranged by the PA as discussed with the RGM and ROM.

KRA's
  • Region Statistics as requested by RGM or ROM

  • Managing of the RGM Diary and the Updating of the Regions Contact list

  • Arranging for Meeting and Functions – taking minutes

  • Attending to Staff amenities In-House

  • Procurement Process and P-Cards- bookings via Travel Hub

  • All I-procurement and disbursement capturing and processing

  • Administrative duties – MFU Meter reading/Call Logging/adhoc requests for information By RGM and ROM


Job Requirements
  • Experience within an administrative environment. Preferably within a financial services context.
  • PC literate (MS: Office)
  • Grade 12
