Coordinate the logistical arrangements of learning and development interventions to support the Learning and Development team to deliver a consistent and excellence HR service that empowers the business to achieve its strategic objectives.
2 years HR administration experience within an insurance or financial services environment
Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Learning and Development (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS
Administer the nominations for the scheduled learning interventions and capture it on the relevant system
Coordinate and administer the booking of venues, accommodations and flights for the various learning interventions
Communicate the logistical arrangements via email and sms with delegates, line managers and facilitators
Process the accounts and travel claims on the relevant system
Ensure all relevant information is capture and maintained on the relevant system in line with data quality and integrity standards
Arranged Orientation & Induction to all Retail new Employees
Arranged New Beginning Workshop for Call Centre in Kempton Park
Provide Support (agenda meeting minutes) for Department Meeting
Attend to ad hoc matters
Loading test on LMS
Reinstate Mandates when the admin person is not available
Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility
Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service
Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders
Positively influence and participate in change initiatives
Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge
Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas
